The Kolshet project of Oberoi Realty is a master plan of commercial & residential development at one of the developing prime areas of Thane city. Developed by Oberoi Realty Ltd. themselves, it is around 18 Acres property across the Kolshet Road. Housed for across 2000 tenements, the project is currently at ongoing construction stage.

Developed by CIDCO under the cluster development project, this plot has been a residential & commercial project. Proposed at Kisan Nagar Thane, the 2.7 Acre was a vacant land where the project construction is ongoing. The cluster development will provide authorized housing to 2000 tenements.
ITI Plot Redevelopment
The ITI Plot at Kisan Nagar, Thane is redevelopment project with a proposal of residential as well as commercial buildings. By demolishing the existing structures, the proposal will proceed its construction after the approvals. The 4 - 4.5 Acre spread property will cater to around 3000 tenements.
Ferrodie Plot Development
The development of the Ferrodie plot at Kisan Nagar Thane is a residential commercial development which will be developed by M/S FERRODIE PVT LTD. The 1.3 Acre property will house around 1000 tenements. This project is in the approval stage before proceeding with its development.

Currently acquired by unauthorized development, the plot soon will start its construction for the development.
Kopri Cluster Redevelopment Project
The Kopri Cluster development Project, at Kisan Nagar is a massive master plan of 18+ Acre property, that will be developed by M/S BHUTI REALTY, for around 4500 tenements. Currently the land is acquired by Residential & commercial, authorized as well as unauthorized development. The project is at proposal stage & will start its construction after the approvals.

Developed by M/S SUGEE ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD, this cluster planning for complete Residential as well as commercial development is catering to almost 13000 tenements. The 53 Acre land is located near Siddheshwar Lake at Thane. Currently the land has been occupied by Residential & commercial, authorized & unauthorized development. It has been in a proposal stage where the master plan is awaited for it approvals.

The development of the Manpada Plots at Manpada, Kolshet & Chitalsar regions of Thane city is a proposal of Residential as well as commercial development. Developed by M/S SUGEE ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD, the 190+ Acre land will be a master plan for a major cluster development. This town city will be catering to 65,000+ tenements. The existing Residential & commercial authorized & unauthorized development will be demolished in parts to built the Layout.

Along with the developing authority M/S.OBEROI REALTY LTD. We have proposed & liaised this 20 Acres project of Residential & commercial development at Bhimnagar Thane. Catering to around 2000 tenements the project a currently at proposal stage ready for approvals. The existing Residential unauthorized development will be demolished to built this project.
