He has completed his M. Tech in Town and Country Planning from College of Engineering, Pune and B.E. in Civil Engineering from Pune University. He holds an elaborative experience in preparation of Town Planning Schemes, GIS Based Development Plan, Area Based Master Planning and various Urban and City Planning assignments. He heads the team of Urban Planners at the Thane Office.
He holds a P.G.in Operations Management & BE in Electronics & Telecommunication. He is a dedicated and a proficient GIS Expert with 15 years of experience working with ArcGIS software and Arch-Editor for developing GIS databases, data creation and snapping tolerances. Yuvraj leads the team of GIS & survey at TUMC.
He holds a B.Arch (University of Mumbai) and G.D. Arch (Technical Board, Pune).He is an experienced Senior Architect with 30+ years of demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. He is proficient in all types of drawings (municipal, working, service & R.C.C. drawings), Sustainable Design, Feasibility, Detailed Design, and Mumbai Statutory guidelines. Also assists in defining scope and size of work to provide the best fit architectural solution to clients.
A Qualified Management finance professional with over 38 years of rich experience in corporates companies. A highly enabled finance leader with diverse functional disciplines covering Financial/ Treasury management leading to improved working capital and free cash-flows. He has proven his leadership at management level implementing board and management initiatives - further supporting departmental heads in achieving their targets. Implemented various systems at enterprise level for management reporting and compliance. Also, is Well versed with financial audit & reporting - statutory/ internal audit, Direct and Indirect taxes, corporate compliance, Risk management and establish internal financial controls. He heads and supervises the Accounts Team at the Thane Office.
